I had some additional information from other listmates came in on
this, so I'm passing that along.

Subject: Re: Summary: Food Intolerance Test (part 2)

Hi, Aimee,

I am not the one who wrote re this before, but seeing that post, it
reminded me that in Atkins (and elsewhere), I have read that taking
one's pulse within a few minutes of eating a food will indicate a
raise in pulse if one is intolerant. I have not personally tried
this, tho.

Hope this helps,
Diane

Thank you so much for all of this info as I was considering having my whole
family tested too. I also have been very frustrated by delayed food
allergies and it's nice to hear other people have trouble with the MDs on
this issue too. I think I'll try the pulse test and hopefully, save myself
a lot of time running around to doctors and money too.
