Thank you to those who responded to my post regarding milk substitutes.
First of all, a number of you noted that there is in fact a file on this
subject, "Milk Substitutes, Version 8". It may be found by requesting
CELIAC MILKALT from the server. See the list instructions for requesting a
file from the server.

We received three responses, reporting that:

1. One respondent uses Better Than Milk Tofu Drink by Sovex, a North
Carolina company.

2. Westbrae states that their rice drink products are gluten free, without
enzymes from barley, wheat, oats or rye in the processing; two respondents
have used Westbrae without problems.

3. One repondent has ussed 100% Lactaid without problems.

4. Rice-Um, sold here on the West Coast by Trader Joe's is NOT GF.
Respondent did not know about Soy-Um, another Trader Joe's product.

Again, thanks to all who responded.

Tom and Donna.
