I am respondingto the muslce pain and gluten connection. I have had
muscle pain for about 2 years now, had tingling and pins and needles in
arms too was sent to neorologist, had X-rays done etc. I was sent to a
rheumatologist who said i had 2 out of 3 criteria for Fibromyalgia but
wouldn't give me a definitive diagnosis. I believe I do have it but I
think probably the Celiac has been aggravating it. The damaged intestine
interferes with the whole adrenal system so many symtoms can stem from
this problem. A good book to read re: food allergies and symptoms is
called "Encyclopedia of Allergy and Environmental Illness" by Ellen
Rothera. I am hoping that time on this diet will help alleviate some of
these muscle aches I have. We'll see.
