Gluten-Free Creations Bakery in Phoenix AZ is the first fully GF bakery to 
certify their products through the Gluten-Free Certification Organization 
(GFCO), a program of GIG. GFCO certification requires Gluten-Free Creations to 
undergo inspections by Food Services Inc, a subsidiary of the Orthodox Union. They 
are also required to test their products in the facility. In-house testing 
provides an assurance of quality control, on the spot, that can't be matched by 
sending products out to labs for testing. As a further assurance products are 
periodically tested by GFCO.

All products certified by GFCO must test below 10 ppm gluten, a level shown 
to be safe for persons with celiac disease.

Gluten-Free Creations Bakery has a wide variety of ready-made and 
Say-You-Made-It items including breads, rolls, breakfast breads, cakes, cookies, pizzas
