I have been diagnosed with Osteopenia. At 45, I am hugely concerned. Understanding that a GF diet, calcium, and exercise are the keys to improved absorption and ultimately bone buildup, I ask your experience based on those in my shoes...I have no toleration for any dairy whatsoever, let alone soy, sugar, fruit, corn, potato...I only eat poultry (lots for protein...I am hypoglycemic), little rice, and the few vegetables that are digestible. That's it. And it looks like a long time before that will improve. So, while I await my doctor's call, what have you done? Without calcium through foods, and only relying on natural calcium suppliments (KAL brand) hopefully being absorbed, would the addition of Fosomax be helpful? I know nothing about it at this time. Any negative words on Fosomax?

Thanks, Cindy in NH
