<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>

A couple of people were concerned about the GF status of Flintstones. I
don't want to spread false information, so please be advised. My summary
was just what everyone passed on to me; a choice in vitamins should
probably be backed up by a call to the company. I chose Centrum, and
before I gave them to my kids, I called them, and they confirmed GF
status. So I can recommend those without hesitation.

I think it's important that we share information as quickly as possible so
that no one has to suffer unnecessarily. Thanks to those who gave me the
heads-up. My apologies if anyone had trouble. But please, everyone...check
and double check before you take the info here as the final word. The more
we share, the better our health.

Thanks,

Diadra in Boise
