This sounds like a wonderful idea that we could each do locally -
everyone looks at picture posters but either can't or won't read much.
                            HOWEVER,
I went into our hospital cafeteria to get some water for our meeting and
was horrified to see the bins lined up next to each other: flour, sugar,
and something else I fail to remember. That one they'd never understand. :-(
