Hi everyone,

The Gluten-Free Nutrition Guide (McGraw-Hill) has been released and is available through Amazon. It should be available in bookstores soon.

This book covers the latest on oats, wheat starch, labeling, and Codex guidelines. It also has as its focus good nutrition: how to avoid potential nutritional pitfalls and ensure a nutritious gluten-free diet. A gluten-free diet can be very healthful, but certain nutrients might be lacking, including fiber, iron, calcium, and B vitamins. This book will show you how to make sure these vital nutrients make their way into your own diet.

If you have any questions please let me know.

Thank you!
