The Celiac Support Group of Indianapolis will be meeting April 17, 2005 at
Our Shepherd Lutheran Church and School at 2:00PM. The church is located at 9101
W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46234. The church is 4 miles west of I465 on
10th Street between Country Club Road and Raceway Road.

We will be having some speakers. Dr. Carolyn Kochert is the leading Pain
Management Specialist in Central IN. She is a graduate of IU Medical School and is
a Board Certified Anesthesiologist. Formerly a practicing pharmacist, she now
manages a Pain Management Practice that employs three full time physicians.
She is going to do a nutritional presentation on pharmaceutical grade vitamins
and supplements.

Kim Dunn is a Certified Nutritional Microscopist. She is certified in
Kinesiology. She does a blood test from a single drop of blood from your finger. A
specially-designed microscope with a miniature camera will magnify your blood
onto a video monitor. You will see instantly if your blood is healthy. You will
no longer have to guess which vitamins and supplements to take or whether the
changes you are making are working. You'll see the results for yourself and
receive a video for future comparison if you have this blood test.

The nutritional microscopy is not intended as diagnosis, treatment,
prescription, or cure for any disease. However, it can show you a lot about your body
and what it needs.
