Hello,

I have been looking for information on what the process of going GF feels
like. Not many of my resources really tell you what to expect. I know that
it varies with each person, but it would be nice to have some idea. Since I
don't have a diagnosis, it would help to know if what I am experiencing is
close or not.

I have been strictly GF for 8 days now. My bowels have gone normal. For the
most part my running nose and sneezing is almost gone. I still have a bit of
a sore throat sometimes and also headaches. I guess the big thing is that I
still have fatigue. Usually it comes on in the afternoon, especially after I
eat. I also get very thirsty (even though I drink tons of liquids) with dry,
itchy eyes. How long does it take for fatigue start leaving?
