If you are planning to attend the Westchester Celiac Sprue Support Meeting at Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY,this coming Sunday, March 11th, 2:00 pm, please note the following:

The towns of Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow are having a St. Patrick's Day Parade at 1:30 pm.  The parade route is on Broadway (Route 9) north through Tarrytown and continues on Route 9 to Beekman in Sleepy Hollow.

If you need an alternate route:

For those who are coming from Rockland County:

Once over the Tappan Zee Bridge, do NOT take the 1st exit (route 9).
Stay on I-87 to exit 8A toward the Saw Mill Parkway North. (keep left at the fork). Merge onto the Saw Mill Parkway North. Take the Saw Mill Parkway North to the Taconic Parkway. Take the Taconic Parkway to the first exit, Pleasantville Road.  At the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto route 117.  Continue west 3 miles, onto Rockwood Road. Turn left into the hospital entrance (parking lot).

Traveling West from White Plains or Connecticut:

Take the Cross Westchester Expressway (287 West) to Exit 3, the Sprain Brook Parkway. Stay left and take the Sprain Brook Parkway North.  Continue on the Sprain Brook Parkway North, and it will become the Taconic State Parkway.  Once on the Taconic, take the first exit, Pleasantville Road.  At the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto route 117.  Continue west 3 miles, onto Rockwood Road. Turn left into the hospital entrance (parking lot).
