Just wanted to let everybody know the concensus I got on the kitchen aid
machine was that the more wattage the better.
I called the manufacturer and they said it all depends on how much you would
use one, they said the 250 watt would be perfectly servicable for someone
who would use it once a week or so.  Most people recommended at least the
300 watt.  I think I am going to spring for the 350 as the price difference
is not that great and its a one time investment.
