I am considering buying one for my son's GF breads. I am a long-time bread
maker and enjoy the process by hand, but I don't often have the time to make
both his breads and ours (gluten) as often as I'd like. My question is
this: If you bake the loaf in the machine (as opposed to taking it out and
putting it in the oven), do the mixing paddles get baked into the loaf? I
read this in a review on Amazon.com and I wondered how this worked. Any
advice would be appreciated.

By the way, for any one interested, Amazon.com has the Zojirushi BBCC-V20 on
sale for $149 with another $29 off during the month of February! This seems
like a good deal. I have no financial interest in this company...just
passing along some information.
