Hello my friends,

My husband and I just got back from a trip to San Francisco and I urge
you all to try the E&O Trading Company for a safe and fabulous gluten-free
meal. The staff is fully aware of CD and is armed with a list of no-no's and
even better yes-yesses. I had steamed Sea Bass in banana leaves that was out of
this world. The ambiance is lovely, too. Asian-inspired decor gives the
fusion cuisine a nice ambiance. Prices are moderate, bar is quite active
after work. Big and noisy, fun people watching. 314 Sutter Street, San
Francisco Phone 415 - 693-0303.

If any of you are up in Napa you must try The Rutherford Grill's
sizzling (in the pan) corn bread. Absolutely no gluten. I didn't say no fat, did
I? I couldn't keep my hands off.

Cheers and good health to all. Happy trails.
