This Saturday, May 3rd, the Topeka Celiac Support Group will be meeting from 10:30 a.m. to approximately noon.  The Beiers will be speaking about "Eating Healthy."  This will include low fat information (for a healthy heart) and other tips on eating healthier.

Members are bringing snack foods; ice cream/GF cones will be served (which doesn't fit into the healthy eating--our last hooray)!!
