Several people have written to me asking for more
details about the GF Menus advertised earlier today.

There are 9 categories of  menus available:
Standard, Shortcut, Kosher, Vegan, Vegetarian,
Low Sodium, Low Sugar/Low Carb, Low Fat, and a
large variety of Allergy menus.

There are approximately 41 recipes included with each
menu and each recipe has a complete nutritional breakdown.

Below is a sampling of the STANDARD MENU.  Recipes
are included for each item listed below:

Breakfast 1--Apple Pancakes, Maple Sausage, Chocolate
Mocha Milk

Breakfast 2--Baked Breakfast Polenta, Baked Canadian Bacon,
Cinnamon Coffee

Lunch 1--Tuna Stuffed Tomato, Cheddar Soda Bread
Lunch 2-- Pork and Black Bean Salad, Peach Muffins

Dinner 1--No-Fuss Roast Beef, Potato Casserole, Lemon
Zucchini, Tomato and Bleu Cheese Salad, Croatian
Walnut Cookies

Dinner 2--Apricot Chicken, Herb Risotto, Broccoli Stir-Fry,
Caesar Salad, Berry Pecan Cobbler

Dinner 3--Tortilla Tower, Shredded Salad, Mandarin Cake

Dinner 4--Stewed Baked Fish, Stewed Potatoes, Tossed
Bean Salad, Apricot Almond Delights

Dinner 5--Baked Stuffed Zucchini, Mushroom Rice, Fruity
Vegetable Salad, Citrus Pound Cake

Dinner 6--Hot Wings, Scalloped Potatoes, Corn Relish,
Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Meal for Entertaining--
Marinated BBQ Steak, Sweet Potato in Orange Shells,
Artichokes with Dipping Sauce, Hearts of Palm Salad,
Cheddar Biscuits, Grecian Custard Rolls
