For anyone who has done the gluten-challenge and had a reaction for a  
small one (18 months), how long did it take for the reaction to  
appear?  We introduced gluten officially this week via Cheerios (he  
loves them!).  I've seen a few runny diapers but it seems like it is  
too soon to tell (and general viruses can cause runny diapers).
