Wanted to let everyone know how delighted I am with Authentic Food's Lemon
Cake Mix.  800 806 4737.  Steve there is most helpful and knowledgeable.
 Today is my Birthday and I was diagnosed last week, so this was a welcome
treat!!!

I am having trouble phoning companies about ingredients - never know if they
are just saying there is no gluten to get me off the line!!  A person at Mars
seemed to know what she was talking about - I asked for a list but she just
read these off as being gluten free:

M&M mints
Mars ALmond Bar
Three Musketeers

MILKY WAYS ARE FULL OF GLUTEN!
