I recently e mailed PacificFoods regarding gluten in their new Rice  Pouches. 
 They e mailed me back that all were gluten free.  THEY ARE  NOT!  When I 
checked their product list they were not listed as gluten  free.  I e mailed them 
twice more to try to clear this up.  I finally  called and spoke to the 
customer service person (Adam) who had e mailed me that  they were gluten free.  He 
said so sorry he made a mistake.  I tried  to explain to him how important 
this information is to people who inquire and he  didn't seem to care.  When I 
asked him what was the gluten because the  label (I checked) didn't seem to 
indicate gluten he said he didn't know what or  where it was.  I again tried to 
explain to him about the importance of  labeling and again he didn't seem to
