My 4 year old celiac daughter's favorite food currently is cottage cheese.
 We've found a GF brand we use at home.  When we go out to eat, it is
always cottage cheese she wants, and we are nervous about letting her have
it.  Have people found generally that most cottage cheese is or is not GF?
 If not, what tends to be the offending ingrediant(s)?  (We yearn for the
day when her favorite food will be a nice, plain grilled chicken breast
and salad without dressing.  Think it will ever happen?)
