I just got some jowar flour and I am ecstatic! It has a taste that I find
similar to whole wheat. Fairly light, makes great noodles with a bit of
help (I just used a GF noodle recipe and rreplaced about half the flour
with jowar). It also makes an opaque gravy/sauce when used as a thickener -
I like my grravy that way, and it was just delicious. I haven't had time to
make rreal bread with it yet, but expect wonderful results. I did make some
little cracker things and it was excellent.

Just thought some would like to know...
