Anyone know the GF status of:

         * SARGENTO "Fancy" Mild Cheddar, shredded (orange, not yellow)

         * CABOT Sharp Cheddar, block? (orange, not yellow)

My 12 year old daughter, who has been GF for about 6 weeks, ate several
foods with this SARGENTO the last few days....and since then she has become
mean, angry, unhappy and unreasonable (kind of like how I get when I
accidentally eat gluten for a few days.........).  Could this be gluten in
the cheese?  If not, it may be the beginning stages of hormonal
changes............

*(I bought the CABOT cheese because she really wanted orange cheese, and I
thought all CABOT cheese was GF? The CSA guide book doesn't list SARGENTO
Fancy (only Fancy Supreme?), or CABOT of any kind.)

Please help............I haven't seen my daughter so miserable
in.......about 6 weeks!  And we hate to see her this way.
