We're going to be in Orlando/Kissimmee from mid-January.  We will be celebrating our wedding anniversary and my birthday while we are there. We want to eat out but do not want to go into the parks to eat.

Can anyone recommend any really good restaurants that can accommodate our dietary requirements?  We need GF, dairy-free, vegetarian food and would prefer the restaurant not to be a chain.  

I know of PF Chang's (we don't want to eat there) and of Carrabbas (can't eat anything off their menu). We're prefer Mediterranean, Chinese, Thai or other Asian foods.
