A classic base for stir fry is onion, chopped garlic & chopped or
shredded fresh ginger, quickly fried in gf oil...add veggies, whatever,
top with a teas of toasted sesame oil.

When I lived in the Orient, I had access to many cookbookd....the one I
came home with...and still give as presemts os GLORIA BLEY MILLER'S
A THOUSAND RECIPE CHINESE COOKBOOK   It is now available in paperback
and will give you lots of ideas.  Check out the white sauces.
