Hi Listmembers,
Does anyone have a recipe for gluten, egg, dairy and sugar free bread ? or muffins ?
(Honey and maple syrup should be OK, so are dairy subsitutes.)
I received results for my IgG allergy test from US biotek, in Seattle and it turns out I have a high allergic reaction (IgG-mediated) to dairy, peanuts and kidney beans and a moderate allergic reaction to eggs (both yolk and white) and sugar cane.
By the way, Does anyone know if IgG test is as definitive as IgE test in detecting allergies ? In other words, if I quit eating these allergens, can I reintroduce them back later and not be as allergic to them ?
Also, do you know if xylitol (spelling?) is derived from sugar cane ? I know stevia is not but it is very expensive. Can I substitute honey in place of sugar in yeast breads ?
This is becoming very restricting,
Thank you so much,
Caroline
