Hello ListMates,

Does anyone know of alternatives to use instead of Pepperidge Farms Puffed Pastry Sheets?  I have a few good recipes that I used in the past, which called for these puffed pastry sheets.  The recipes are both chicken recipes which call for wrapping the chicken breasts (which are already stuffed with cheese, spinach, etc. or a brown rice mixure), and then are "wrapped" into sort of a "packet" or a calzone shape with the pastry sheet, and then baked.  I appreciate any suggestions, but please keep in mind that I'm not interested in pastry sheet alternatives that are for dessert items.  I will post a summary.  THANKS in advance!  ~Melonie
