Being recently diagnosed (March 1994), I am finally getting to the point
where I'm sick of purchasing gluten-free bread and want to try making my
own. In the beginning, I resented the fact that I would have to spend
additional time, effort, & money on preparing special foods - but I can
see that this attitude won't get me too far. So I'm ready to jump into
breadmaking. I would like to purchase the best machine for the job so I'm
hoping to get some feedback on what bread machine works well for
preparing gluten-free bread recipes.

Your responses would be appreciated - I will post the results for anyone
else who is interested.

Please respond to the following:
Make & Model # of bread machine
How often do you make bread?
Have you been able to utilize original recipes or have you had to
make many changes - if so what (ex. amt. of liquid, flour measurement, etc.)
What types of bread do you make?
How would you rate the bread that you make - for taste, texture, etc.
