Hi,
I was wondering if the Apple pie filling by Olde Orchard is GF?
Ingredients include apples, corn syrup, water, modified food starch,
spice, and erythorbic acid.  It says "product of U.S.A." (bought it
in Canada); I was wondering if the modified food starch was corn
starch or if it could be wheat/gluten starch?  Thank you.
