I'm curious to know whether the severity of one's gluten attack is directly
related to the length of time one was undiagnosed (thus, more damage caused
to the intestinal villi). Does anyone have any thoughts on this? When you
have attacks, are the symptoms similar to those you had prior to going GF,
or are they totally different? (Better or worse) The reason I ask is
that I have been on the diet for about 2 months and either I've been
very good about watching ingredients, or very lucky because I haven't had any
attacks.
