I'm the one who had a myriad of experiences this month.
 
I received a number of responses from the group - and I felt very heartened
with all this wonderful support!  Thank you!  I'll follow through on your
suggestions.   Some asked me the nature of surgery and to be sure that the
surgeon is knowledgeable about CD.
 
It's to be a hysterectomy.  Both the gasenterologist and gyncologist/surgeon
seem to see no effect of CD on uterine fibroids.   Now I am curious to know if
any of the group knows of or has experienced any such possible connection?
