I cannot have milk products (no whey, casein, lactose...). The gf
margerines I've looked at have whey in them.  What can I use for a
butter substitute on toast etc... I've been using butter flavored crisco
for baking. (couldn't find anything in the archives) Thanks, Jill/Texas
