Dear List Friends,
I'm hoping someone can help. My friend is going to make a recipe called
Buckeye's. It calls for you to dip the "buckeye's" in chocolate. She is
celiac and isn't quite sure if the coating she got is GF.

    It is RAINBOW CONFECTIONERY COATING/WAFERS.

The ingredients are as follows: sugar, partially hydrogenated palm
kernel and cottonseed oils, nonfat dry milk, cocoa, milk, glyceryl lacto
esters of fatty acids (huh?), soy lecithin added as an emulsifier, and
salt.

Does anyone know if these ingredients are GF?

    As always, deepest gratitude.
