Thanks to everyone who responded for help with food in Salem.  These are 
the responses I received.

Finz on Pickering Wharf - seafood
Woodman's in Essex has great gf fried clams, just request the gf ones, and 
other seafood
My Low Carb LIfe food store in Peabody on rt. 114
Whole Foods in Swampscott, which is right next to Salem
Uno's in Vinnin Square 
Legal Seafood and Outback in Peabody
