I'm afraid Taylor has upset me.
 
Instead of dragging along three paces to the rear, hands folded and head
bowed, hoping somebody will take us seriously, is an annoying idea to me.
Maybe if we showed a little gumption and expected the FDA and the food
industries to consider and fill our needs, we would get more respect.
 
I still say that if rat poison were used as a mystery filler for regular
folks, there would be NOISE!. Offending ingredients are the same as rat
poison to a Celiac.
 
Sorry, I just had a very disconcerting  trip to Disney World, where the
thrilling happenings turned out to be two "gluten attacks". Pretty nasty
when one is expected to get a job done!
