I did something wrong in trying to send my message so I am trying again.

I was reading the summary from the person in New Jersey who asked for some suggestions for eating out on Thanksgiving. One thing that I have not been able to adjust to after learning that I am Celiac several months ago is the bread issue. I live in Northwest Florida and have given up eating bread completely because I cannot find any that I find that I think taste good. My sandwiches consist of a thin piece of meat rolled around a piece of hard cheese. Yes, I finally found Udi's bread in a health food store in a neighboring town but somehow it isn't satisfying to me at all although it is better than any other that I have found. One of my biggest disappointment's in the holiday season is going to be the absence of turkey dressing at the holiday meals because that was my favorite dish of all. One of the people who wrote to the woman in New Jersey said that she had a delicious recipe for bread dressing that you couldn't even tell it was gluten free. Would you please send it to me - it would mean a lot to me and I thank you very much.

Barbara
