Thanks to all who responded to my question "What's your favorite
cookbook?"

So many choices! Here is a quick summary.  If there is no number
following, that means they were just mentioned in a list, not noted as a
favorite. I included some of the comments in parens.

There were 5 votes for just adapting recipes from regular cookbooks like
Laurel's Kitchen and using something like Bob Mills Gluten-free Baking
Flour or Arrowhead Mills Baking Mix.
