Everyone said that SPELT contains gluten, however some people said spelt was
wheat. I bought "wheat-free" bagels and they contained spelt, so either
people were confusing it with something else or the company was wrong.

The ingredients on the "Near East" Long Grain & Wild Rice looked fine...I was
just wondering if anyone had any experience with it.

Thanks for the info........too bad I can't try those bagels. They probably
taste awful anyway....

I know this was a quick summary. My main question was answered so thanks to
everyone. However, if anyone knows about the "Near East" Long Grain & Wild
Rice, please let me know. Thanks.
