Hi Heather,

If you are staying on a strict gluten free diet then you should not be feeling
tired all the time, once your body has healed you should be feeling normal.

I have been gf for 13 years,I am 49 and I run about 30 miles a week, plus golf
and tennis.

I would suggest that you have a blood workup to see if you are lacking in
something, and if that comes back normal then I would recommend starting an
exercise program, it will be very difficult at first but start slowly and
gradually add more, you should start feeling more energetic.

Good Luck ,

Trevor in New Hampshire.
