I attended a meeting of the Tulsa, OK Celiac Support Group last
night. The speaker was Dr. Kenneth Fine, M. D., of Dallas, TX.

Doctor Fine is a researcher who specializes in intestinal diseases.
He also is the proprietor of "Enterolab" in Dallas. In addition to
responsibility for the "Finer Health" website, Dr. Fine has for six
years been the "leader" of the Celiac Support Group in Dallas, Texas.

Some marvelous new tests have been developed which are much more
sensitive and accurate than even intestinal biopsy, and vastly more
accurate than serum testing (blood tests) for detecting gluten
sensitivity.

Essentially, the several new tests utilize a stool sample, rather
than a blood sample.

Go to the Internet site operated by the Intestinal Health Institute,
at:

There are links there to Enterolab, with even the forms to request
materials for testing available.

Dr. Fine, a dedicated researcher in the field since 1989, gave a
marvelous presentation, which was well received by approximately one
hundred folks. In addition to being a celiac himself, he has a 5-year
old daughter who is also gluten sensitive. A visit to the web-site
would definitely be worth your time.
