After calls to about 10 bakeries, and being asked, "What is Gluten free" more than once........ I decided to ask anyone out there if you might know of a bakery/bakery chain in the San Fernando Valley area that will make a GF Birthday Cake?  I could certainly make one, but I thought having a professional one would be nice.....
