I have found the Wasa corn crispbread (quite prominently marked gluten and wheat
free) and the Rice Crunchems cereal at Wild Oats in Columbus, Ohio (Lane Avenue
store). I have put in a request that they start carrying the Health Valley Rice
Bars (which this store doesn't have as of yet).

The crispbread is not salty at all, but works as a good base for putting stuff
on (cheese, tuna salad, chicken salad), and is a nice alternative to rice
crackers.

I haven't tried the Rice Crunchems yet, so I don't know how good it tastes. :-)

Good health to all,

Terry Bradley (Mrs.)
