Dear Listmates,
My daughters birthday is approaching fast (11).  She was diagnosed last year
right after her birthday.  I am looking for a great birthday cake recipie,
not one that tastes grainy.  I'd like to impress her and make her feel not so
odd or left out.  She has done so well this year, I would hate to see her
fall back because of disappointment.
