Many of you have advised me to swear off all of Atkins products, due to
Atkins Nutritionals
lack of understanding regarding celiac disease and gluten contamination
issues.

How will they ever understand, if the majority of us, refuse to take the
time to educate them?
Furthermore, (for all of the overweight celiacs and gluten intolerants out
there who believe in
the low carb approach), we need manufacturers, in the low carb industry, to
become
familiar with our issues, regarding prohibited ingredients and
manufacturing practices.

I believe that if any of the low carb companies out there are willing to
consider our needs,
then we as consumers have the responsibility to educate them to the best of
our abilities.
If all of us "low carb and celiac", give up the fight, then you can be
sure, that low carb options
will not be made available to us. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, (my
mother always said).
So, I'm not ready or willing to give up the fight!
