Because mail ordering GF foods is expensive and somewhat of a _rap shoot, I
would like to hear from people about their experiences mail ordering foods.
My dietary limitations are...no gluten (of course), no milk, no MSG, no
peanuts, no red wine, no legumes, no chocolate, no cruciferous veggies, low
fiber, low salt, low fat. I am considering fasting for the next ten years.

-What companies provided good service or bad service?
-Did foods arrive timely and in one piece?
-Where there problems with private or postal shippers delivering packages?
-What food products did you find worth the trouble?

Please feel free to email me direct if you prefer. I realize that some of
this information exists in various forms in the FAQ file. I am looking for
up to date experiences.

En GF Et Veritas
