It's Not Too Late!!
Glutenfreeda On the Road: Greenbrier, West Virginia May 27th-29th, 2005

TRAVELING AND DINING OUT ON THE GLUTEN-FREE DIET LECTURE by Melinda Dennis,
MS, RD, LDN,

After a diagnosis of celiac disease, you may ask yourself if you are ever
going to eat out or travel again. The answer is "yes!" And what better
location to discuss this topic than our beautiful weekend setting. We will
practice how to pick the "safest" dining locations anywhere in the world,
and how to prepare ahead for travel by plane, car, cruise line, etc. We will
use real menus and role-plays to mimic dining out experiences. Listings of
portable gluten-free foods and resources for celiac-friendly vacation
packages will be provided.

*Please bring your questions and positive and negative dining experiences.

Melinda Dennis, MS, RD, LDN, was diagnosed with celiac disease 14 years ago,
is a registered dietitian who sees patients with celiac disease and other
gastrointestinal disorders at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in
Boston. She is Nutrition Coordinator of the hospital's newly established
Celiac Center, and the founder and former chairperson and Nutrition Advisor
to the Healthy Villi Greater Boston Celiac/DH Support Group.

Reserve your space today for this rare, gluten-free experience at The
Greenbrier resort.

CSA/USA Chapter #100 and Glutenfreeda.com invites you and your family to
participate in an incredible gluten-free weekend that many of us only dream
of. A luxurious weekend complete with spectacular gluten-free fine dining,

more.

for one of the many exciting activities offered by The Greenbrier. For

items completely gluten-free for our guests. Sunday morning enjoy a
