If anyone has experience organizing a GF Pizza NIght with a local pizza place, I'd like to hear how you organized it, how you approached the owners, how it went and any caveats I need to think or worry about.  I've had great luck with two local places in Andover, MA (I've brought in my own GF crust for my son, and they've happily made it for him).  I'd love to have a night where anyone local can come in and enjoy their pizza.
