We called Cavanaugh, St. Jude's and Meyer Vogelpohl.

Cavanaugh and Meyer Vogelpohl no longer offer gluten-free wafers.

St. Jude's number has been disconnected.

Any other sources?

Our church has been very supportive and is considering changing the entire
church to gluten-free wafers.
