I recently contacted Famous Dave's to inquire if any of their items were
gluten free.  I don't how many of you this applies to, but here is their
response...

Hi Dina, I am so sorry for not getting back to you.  To answer your
question, no none of our Restaurants are gluten free.  Unfortunately we
do not have the nutritional information on our food except for our retail
products.  From your explanation of what Gluten is and where it can be
found I would say almost all of our food may contain some sort of gluten.
