I used to shop at Publix supermarket here in Florida for a lot of my GF
foods, baking mixes, flours, cereal, etc., but when I went there this past
Saturday, I was outraged. I could find only one cookie, an off brand with
poor quality, and there was only one snack bar, a dry crumbly, tasteless
brand. The prices were extremely high.

I was also going to buy the small container of powdered egg whites. It
usually costs around $7.00, but the price was $18.99 for an 8 oz. tin. That
is* outrageous* robbery.
Many of this stores prices had tripled.
They are no longer carrying gluten free products as they had in the past.
I will go back to buying my gluten free products from Amazon and otherwise
shopping at Walmart.

I understand that food costs are rising due to increased fuel costs, but a
400% increase is outrageous. They are profiteering at the expense of poor
people.
