... is finding two packages of Authentic Foods Multi-Blend flour in the 
bottom of my g-f supplies! I use it for all my "heritage" recipes for 
holiday cookies that my mother made, I used to spend a lot of time 
mixing this up in preparation to baking, but buying it saves so much 
time. Once my granddaughter was watching me blend all the different 
flours to make the cookie recipes, and asked "Grandma, don't we have to 
put something wet in?" Thanks for doing the measuring and mixing for us!
